Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Custom or personalized pieces, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

If the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping.

Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after inspection.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Processing Time
Orders are usually shipped within 4-7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends may experience slight delays. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order if payment has been made but the item has not yet shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
