Quelle est votre politique de retour ?
- Si le produit ne répond pas à vos attentes, vous pouvez le retourner pour remboursement ou échange dans les 30 jours suivant sa réception. Vous pouvez l'échanger contre un autre bijou de même valeur. Vous pouvez payer la différence si la valeur est dépassée.
- En cas de problème de qualité, nous vous fournirons un service de remplacement et/ou de réparation dans les 30 jours, dans des conditions d'utilisation normales. Les frais de transport et autres frais annexes seront à notre charge.
- Si le problème n'est pas lié à la qualité du produit, aucun remboursement, retour ou échange ne sera autorisé.

Do the products come with a certificate?
Yes. Every piece can be certified with IGI, GIA, or GRC based on the customer’s preference.
Customization Process
How do you customize my jewelry exclusively?
Every piece is made according to your specifications. You can provide drawings, reference images, or describe your idea, and our jewelers will craft it for you.
Will I receive photos or videos during production?
Yes. We provide production updates including photos or short videos before shipping, so you can see your jewelry being made.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Link, Affirm, Cash App Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Why was my payment declined?
If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.
If the above instructions fail please contact your bank or contact us with as much detail along with the error messages. so that we may assist you.
How do I change/modify my order?
If you notice a mistake with your order or wish to make changes to the items or colors, please contact our dedicated team or the sales representative who assisted you with your order.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to make my custom jewelry?
Production usually takes 7–14 days depending on complexity.
Which shipping methods do you use and how long does delivery take?
We use DHL or FedEx, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days. If you need to use another shipping method, please contact our customer service team and we’ll assist you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we provide tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my jewelry if I don’t like it?
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. You may exchange it for another piece of jewelry of the same value, and if the new item exceeds the original value, you can pay the difference.
What should I do if my jewelry is defective or damaged?
If there is a quality issue under normal wearing conditions within 30 days, we will provide replacement and/or repair services. All freight and related costs will be covered by us.
How do I start the return & exchange process?
Please contact our customer service with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. We’ll review your request and guide you through the process. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a refund or send your exchange promptly.
