Every piece from BornReal is hand-set by experienced artisans, not mass-produced. Each stone is individually placed and polished for lasting brilliance.
What materials do you use, and are they certified?
All BornReal pieces are made with genuine gold, sterling silver, moissanite, or lab-grown diamonds — never fake or plated unless stated. Every stone and metal is carefully tested and can come with GIA, IGI, or GRA certification upon request, guaranteeing authenticity and lasting quality.
Can I get a piece similar to what celebrities wear?
Absolutely. Many of our designs are inspired by iconic styles seen on artists and creators. You can even request light customization to make it uniquely yours.
Do you offer express or rush service?
Yes. If you have a special date (birthday, wedding, anniversary), contact us — we’ll prioritize production and arrange express shipping with FedEx or DHL.
What aftercare and warranty do you provide?
Every BornReal piece comes with a lifetime warranty for craftsmanship and manufacturing defects — including loose stones or clasp issues. We also offer one free resize for rings and lifetime cleaning and polishing service. Non-personalized items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
How do you keep prices fair?
By running our own production studio, we remove unnecessary retail markups and keep luxury-level quality at an accessible price.
