Custom or personalized pieces, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

If the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping.

Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after inspection.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders are usually shipped within 4-7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends may experience slight delays. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Each design is crafted to be refined, wearable, and ready for personalization.
2. Crafted in Our Workshop

After your selection, we receive your customization preferences — metal choice, stones, sizing, or small design adjustments that make the piece yours.
3. Crafting Begins

Once everything is confirmed, your piece enters production.
Depending on design complexity, crafting takes 7–21 days, with each piece made individually and finished by hand.
4. Final Check & Delivery

After completion, your piece is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped securely to you with tracking provided.
