1) After your order is confirmed, the first step is to get your teeth fitted for Grillz. We will contact you via email and ship you a mold kit which you can use to create a mold of your teeth. We will then send you a prepaid DHL shipping label which you can use to ship the mold kit back to our jewelers.

There is a video below that explains how to use the mold kit.

2) Once your mold kit is returned to our store, we will make a 1:1 copper mold based on the mold kit, send it to you for wearing, and confirm that it is 100% suitable before starting the manufacturing process, which usually takes 2-3 weeks. We will cast the mold with 925 silver and coat it with 14K gold. The final step of the manufacturing process is to drill holes on the grill and manually secure each diamond in place.

3) When the grillz are finished, we'll send you photos for confirmation. After you have confirmed that everything looks correct, we'll ship them directly to you using DHL and they will be delivered within 3 business days.

4) In total, the turnover time for Grillz is approximately 1 months, but this depends on how fast you can get your teeth fitted. To speed up the process, you could get a mold done at a local dentist and simply ship us the mold directly. This way we don't have to send you a mold kit.

1.Does your jewelry fade?

We use 18K real gold plating, using the most advanced vermilion gold plating, we use gold plating 5 times thicker, the quality is far more than the other store, so our jewelry will last for a long time

2.How do you deal with quality problems？

After the product is produced, we have a special QC to check whether the product is qualified. Before delivery, we have three sets of inspection procedures and support video inspection.We confirm that we have the correct product packing before sending it out to you. In the process of custom production, we also update the design drawings, production drawings and finished product test videos for you. Each step shows you the production process of your product. 3.How do you customize my jewelry exclusively?

In order to do this, please contact our product manager. The product manager will then arrange a one-on-one consultation with one of our senior designers to ensure  that your vision and ideas are brought to life. We guarantee that the jewelry designed will only be made for you and will not be sold to any other customers.

4.How can I ensure that I can receive my product？

We only use DHL to deliver the goods, which is the most famous logistics company in the world. Moreover, we will buy logistics insurance, and if there are any problems such as lost pieces or damaged packaging, the logistics company will compensate (please sign in person for high-value products).

5.What Is Your Return Policy?

（1）.If the product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. You may exchange it for another jewelry of the same value. You can pay the difference if the value has been exceeded. 

（2）. We will provide replacement and/or repair services if it is a quality issue within 30 days. Freight and any related costs will be covered by us. If the issue is not related to the quality of the product, no refund, return, or exchange will be permitted.

6.Can I take a shower with this on without fading?does It change color?

In order to maintain the quality of of your jewelry, you should not wear it under any harsh conditions. Therefore we recommend that you refrain from wearing your jewelry while bathing, swimming, exercising as it will damage your products.
