When your custom jewelry is ready, We will send you a diamond test video about your jewelry, you can walk through the whole process of making the custom pendant.we'll ship it via insured DHL Express within approximately 4 business days. It arrives in a custom jewelry box, adding an extra touch of elegance.

We use DHL to deliver the goods, which is the most famous logistics company in the world. Moreover, we will buy logistics insurance, and if there are any problems such as lost pieces or damaged packaging, the logistics company will compensate (please sign in person for high-value products).

We use 18K real gold plating, using the most advanced vermilion gold plating, we use gold plating 5 times thicker, the quality is far more than the other store, so our jewelry will last for a long time

After the product is produced, we have a special QC to check whether the product is qualified. Before delivery, we have three sets of inspection procedures and support video inspection.We confirm that we have the correct product packing before sending it out to you. In the process of custom production, we also update the design drawings, production drawings and finished product test videos for you. Each step shows you the production process of your product. Still encountered problems with your order? Don't worry! We have a 180 day warranty service. You can contact us at any time.

（1）.If the product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. You may exchange it for another jewelry of the same value. You can pay the difference if the value has been exceeded.

（2）. We will provide replacement and/or repair services if it is a quality issue within 30 days. Freight and any related costs will be covered by us. If the issue is not related to the quality of the product, no refund, return, or exchange will be permitted.

In order to maintain the quality of of your jewelry, you should not wear it under any harsh conditions. Therefore we recommend that you refrain from wearing your jewelry while bathing, swimming, exercising as it will damage your products.
