What materials do you use, and are they certified?
All BornReal pieces are made with genuine gold, sterling silver, moissanite, and lab-grown diamonds. Every metal and stone is carefully tested and can come with GIA, IGI, or GRA certification upon request.
Are your pieces handmade or machine-made?
Every BornReal piece is hand-set and polished by experienced artisans in our own factory. We control every step — from raw materials to final polish — ensuring luxury-level craftsmanship at a fair, factory-direct price.
Can I customize my jewelry?
Yes! You can personalize most of our pieces with engraving, metal or stone changes, and size adjustments. For full custom orders, our designers will work with you 1-on-1 to bring your idea to life.
How long does production and delivery take?
Ready-made pieces usually ship within 3–5 business days. Lightly customized or made-to-order jewelry takes about 2–4 weeks. If you have a special date like a wedding or birthday, we offer rush service — just contact us.
Does your jewelry tarnish or cause skin irritation?
No. Our jewelry is nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant. Each piece features a 5-layer 18K gold electroplating process with nano-protection for maximum shine and durability.
