Inside the Bornreal Workshop

Every custom Bornreal piece starts with your idea, whether that is a photo, a logo, a name or a sketch. Here is how a custom order moves from first message to delivery.
1. Consultation
Send us your idea along with any reference images, plus your preferred size, metal and stone. We will go over the options with you and give you a quote. Contact us through our custom design inquiry page, by email at chanter@bornrealjewelry.com, or by phone at +1 (678) 749-6303.
2. Design approval
Once your deposit is placed, our designers create a design draft for you to review. We revise it with you until you approve it. Production only starts after you approve the final design.
3. Production (about 7 working days)
After approval, your piece goes into production. This includes casting, stone setting, polishing and plating or finishing. Production usually takes around 7 working days. Larger or more complex pieces can take longer, and we will tell you the timeline up front.
4. Quality check and shipping (DHL/FedEx, 3–5 days)
Each piece is inspected before shipping. Finished custom orders ship directly by DHL or FedEx express, with transit usually taking 3–5 days. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs.
