5.Shipping Your Order
When your custom jewelry is ready, We will send you a diamond test video about your jewelry, you can walk through the whole process of making the custom pendant.we'll ship it via insured DHL Express within approximately 4 business days. It arrives in a custom jewelry box, adding an extra touch of elegance.

We only use DHL to deliver the goods, which is the most famous logistics company in the world. Moreover, we will buy logistics insurance, and if there are any problems such as lost pieces or damaged packaging, the logistics company will compensate (please sign in person for high-value products).

Returns & Exchanges
- If the product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. You may exchange it for another jewelry of the same value. You can pay the difference if the value has been exceeded.
- We will provide replacement and/or repair services if it is a quality issue within 30 days under normal wearing conditions . Freight and any related costs will be covered by us.
- If the issue is not related to the quality of the product, no refund, return, or exchange will be permitted.
