When your custom jewelry is ready, We will send you a diamond test video about your jewelry, you can walk through the whole process of making the custom pendant.we'll ship it via insured DHL Express within approximately 4 business days. It arrives in a custom jewelry box, adding an extra touch of elegance.
We only use DHL to deliver the goods, which is the most famous logistics company in the world. Moreover, we will buy logistics insurance, and if there are any problems such as lost pieces or damaged packaging, the logistics company will compensate (please sign in person for high-value products).
