2. 1V1 VIP Consultation

A jeweler from our team will review your submission and communicate with you a detailed customized proposal within 12-24 hours.

3. Production Begins

After receiving the full payment, production starts immediately and

takes about 2-4 weeks. During this time, we can send you updates with pictures and videos of your piece being made, upon request.

4. Shipping Your Order

When your custom jewelry is ready, We will send you a diamond test video about the pendant, you can walk through the whole process of making the custom pendant.we'll ship it via insured DHL Express within approximately 4 business days. It arrives in a custom jewelry box, adding an extra touch of elegance.
