Can I make changes after confirming the design?
You can make unlimited adjustments during the design stage (typically within 2–3 rounds). Once production begins, only minor tweaks like resizing or engraving can be made.
Can I see the design or sample before production starts?
Yes, every custom order includes a design preview (3D render or sketch) for your approval. We’ll only start crafting your piece once you’ve confirmed every detail.
How long does the custom process take?
The average production time is 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity and materials. If you have a special date like a birthday or wedding, we offer rush options — just let us know in advance.
Can I use my own gemstones or old jewelry for redesign?
Yes, we can redesign using your gemstones or precious metals after confirming their quality and compatibility. Please contact our team for details and inspection requirements.
